Gayatri Projects Board recommend 10% dividend

Gayatri Projects Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2007, inter alia, has recommended to pay a dividend @ 10% on Paid-up equity, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing AGM.

The stock closed on Friday at Rs.260.85, down by Rs.5.55 or 2.08%. The total traded quantity was 30238 compared to 2 week average of 51587. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.267.75 and low of Rs.259.05.
