HOV Services moves headquarters to Chennai after Lason acquisition

HOV Services Ltd has announced that the Company has moved its Headquarters to Chennai. This is as a consequence of the Company acquiring Lason the Global BPO service provider recently which large has a large presence in Chennai.

Addressing the media Mr. Suresh Yannamani, President & COO, BPO Services, of the Company said that "As a part of its growth strategy HOV Services has acquired Lason which gives it many advantages. The deal was struck in end February 07 and all the formalities have been completed. He added that this acquisition has made them amongst the top three listed BPO service providers in the Country. Lason has over 85,000 sq ft office space in the CBD, Chennai & latest facility the 4th one, will be inaugurated soon. This is spread over 50,000 sq ft on Nelson Manickam Road."

Mr. Suresh Yannamani further elaborated that "The Company has a very experienced management team with a proven track record and this will ensure that HOV gets a good share of the growing BPO market. The Company has adopted the proven SIX SIGMA processes which is critical for sustenance & growth. The Company has a Broad Global Footprint with more than 11,400 FTE's to its credit.
