India Infoline Updates on fund raising proposal

With reference to the earlier announcement dated April 25, 2007 regarding Outcome of Board Meeting, India Infoline Ltd has announced that wherein the decision of the Board to make preferential allotment subject to the provisions of Section 81(1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 and SEBI (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000 and other applicable rules and regulations. In this regard the aggregate amount of the proposed issue was erroneously mentioned as "US $ 75 million" in the said announcement instead of aggregate amount not exceeding "US $ 100 million". All other information in the above intimation remains same.
