IFGL Refractories Board to recommend dividend

IFGL Refractories Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 10, 2007, inter alia, to consider & approve audited financial results, both on stand alone and consolidated basis, for financial year ended on March 31, 2007 & to recommend payment of Dividend, if any, for said financial year.

The stock closed the day at Rs.68.30, down by Rs.0.80 or 1.16%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.68.50 and low of Rs.67.35. The total traded quantity was 1410 shares compared to 2 week average of 1179.
