Indo Amines forms a JV company

Indo Amines Ltd has announced that the Company formed a joint venture Company on April 26, 2006. In the said Company, the Company has invested capital to the tune of 50 Sterling Pounds and the ratio of joint venture will be 50:50.

Mr. Rahul V Palkar Director of the Company will also represent the Board of said joint venture Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.12.95, up by Re.0.57 or 4.60%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.12.95 and low of Rs.11.63. The total traded quantity was 600 compared to 2 week average of 4563.
