Sonata Software Board to recommend final dividend

Sonata Software Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 03, 2007, inter alia, to consider the audited results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2007 and recommendation of final dividend for the financial year 2006-07.

The stock closed the day at Rs.65.95, up by Rs.3.10 or 4.93%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.65.95 and low of Rs.64.50. The total traded quantity was 176589 compared to 2 week average of 82165.
