United Credit Board recommends 6% dividend

United Credit Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 23, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Rs 0.60 per equity share i.e. 6% on the face value of the equity share of Rs 10/- each.

Further the Company has informed, the 36th Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.42.50, up by Rs.1.70 or 4.17%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.42.80 and low of Rs.38.90. The total traded quantity was 4725 shares compared to 2 week average of 24124.
