K C Bokadia Films Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on April 16, 2007, have resolved to change the name of the Company from "K C Bokadia Films Ltd" to "Asian Films Production and Distribution Ltd", subject to approval of the Central Government in accordance with section 21 of the Company Act, 1956, subject to necessary provisions & approvals.
The stock closed the day at Rs.2, up by Re.0.09 or 4.71%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2 and low of Rs.1.90. The total traded quantity was 44350 shares compared to 2 week average of 8353.
