Lanco Industries Board to recommend dividend

Lanco Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider the audited results for quarter & year ended March 31, 2007 and recommend dividend for the financial year ended on that date.

The stock closed the day at Rs.35.50, down by Re.0.15 or 0.42%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.36 and low of Rs.35.20. The total traded quantity was 9295 shares compared to 2 week average of 9493.
