Zenith Birla AGM approves 6% dividend

Zenith Birla India Ltd has announced that the members at the 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 25, 2006, have approved the payment of dividend @ 6% on the equity shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2006.
