ITI Limited secures empanelment from Guj Info Petro Limited for two IT Implementation Projects

ITI Limited, country's first PSU post-independence and premier telecom manufacturing company has secured Empanelment as System Integrator for implementation of IT infrastructure related projects on behalf of Guj Info Petro Limited (GIPL). The Empanelment is for two transformative initiatives which include IT infrastructure implementation, and the establishment of a cutting-edge Cyber Security Operation Centre (SOC) in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The period of Empanelment is 36 months from the date of receipt of LOI and the value of the project is approximately Rs. 110 Cr.

The details of the Empanelment are as follows:

IT Infrastructure Implementation: ITI Limited will serve as a System Integrator for GIPL, implementing state-of-the-art IT infrastructure solutions across various projects.

Cyber Security Operation Centre (SOC): ITI Limited has also been empaneled to establish, monitor, and manage a comprehensive SOC at GIPL's Data Center located at Infocity, Gandhinagar.

These strategic IT contracts position ITI Limited at the forefront of Gujarat's digital transformation by designing and deploying robust IT infrastructure, empowering government and enterprise clients with reliable, modern digital environments. The SOC will take charge of advanced cyber security operations to safeguard digital assets and ensure uninterrupted, secure services at GIPL's critical data infrastructure.

With these two contracts, ITI Limited Ahmedabad aspires to play a major role in the fastevolving IT ecosystem in Gujarat by driving digital modernization through accelerating digital transformation for public sector clients and GIPL's partners.

This project of GIPL also aims to raise the standard for proactive cyber risk monitoring, management, and response across the state's digital infrastructure by fortifying its cyber security. ITI Limited will support Gujarat's journey towards a secure, connected, and digitally empowered governance and business environment.

ITI Limited is currently handling projects worth more than Rs. 1200 Crs in Gujarat state and has successfully implemented Broadband Connectivity to Panchayats by connecting 4271 Gram Panchayats under Package-A of GUJNET project through a GUJARAT State SPV, GFGNL. Package-A and NOC of the whole network is being maintained by ITI for the last 4 years successfully. Apart from above, ITI Limited has also implemented projects with GIDC (Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation) worth Rs 107 Cr during FY 2023-24 & 24-25 for modernization of ICCC at Sanand and Bharuch industrial areas of Gujarat state. LED Displays at various locations have also been installed under this project at various locations for public awareness.

Shares of ITI Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 310.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 315.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 140709 in over 3554 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 319.95 and intraday low of 307.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 43974849.00.
