AXISCADES announces new wins in ESAI division powered by its subsidiary Mistral Solutions

AXISCADES Technologies Limited (BSE: 532395 | NSE: AXISCADES), a chip to product company and a pioneer in Aerospace, Defence, Electronics, Semiconductor and Artificial Intelligence (ESAI) applications, announces new wins in ESAI division by its subsidiary Mistral Solutions.

Anurag Sharma President of ESAI division of AXISCADES said, "One of our main goals at ESAI is to ascend the value chain by transitioning towards design-to-build contracts, which feature annuity revenue.

We are pleased to share that we have secured a couple of small pilot contracts aligned with this strategic direction. Although modest in scale, these contracts are significant-they represent engagements with two of the world's largest hyperscalers and offer annuity revenue as well as exponential growth potential.

To support these initiatives, we have committed to developing world-class infrastructure in Bangalore, including an Acoustic Lab and a 3D printed PCB prototype facility. Additionally, we are establishing a front-end engineering team in the United States."

This contract pertains to the development of production line testing equipment intended for global contract manufacturers supporting one of two hyperscaler clients. Additionally, it involves the creation of development test apparatus for audio products associated with the other hyperscaler. The initial estimated value of this pilot program is approximately $1 million.

Shares of AXISCADES Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1370.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1327.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8100 in over 591 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1388.00 and intraday low of 1335.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 11062777.00.
