Tanla Solutions Ltd has announced that Tanla Mobile, a specialist in mobile application development, billing and delivery, has expanded its operations into Ireland and has signed revenue sharing agreements for mobile payments and messaging with every Irish mobile operator including 3, O2, Meteor and Vodafone. The new partnerships enables Tanla to offer its leading mobile services to Irish Media Companies, Telecom Service Providers and Brands wishing to exploit the growing commercial marketing potential of mobile platforms.

Tanla Mobile provides an extensive portfolio of mobile solutions for content and brand owners, marketing and digital agencies, media channels, retailers and corporate businesses to entertain and communicate with their customers. Tanla Mobile's core billing and delivery offerings are complemented by a product suite of campaign management, content management, 3G Video and interactive TV management applications, all of which are integrated with powerful online reporting and CRM tools.

"The Irish mobile market is one of the most advanced in Europe, if not the world, with penetration of 100%. Moreover, the typical average revenue is high at around Euro 55 per month," commented Gautam Sabharwal, Director, Tanla Mobile. "This demonstrates that Irish mobile users are happy to pay for services and functionality that add value. Tanla Mobile believes itself to be best placed to help Companies deliver that value through rich mobile applications and content delivery. The popularity of interactive television shows such as Big Brother and X-Factor combined with an explosion in user generated content on mobile platforms is also driving leading brands to develop a mobile strategy."

Tanla Mobile's entrance into the Irish market represents the next phase in its global strategy. Earlier this year Tanla Mobile made a firm commitment to target Europe, South East Asia, North America and Australia.

"We're determined to lead the mobile space and believe our access to unparalleled development services in India, combined with commercial relationships with leading mobile operators, set us apart from the competition." continued Sabharwal. "Having established our credibility in the UK market with revenue sharing partnerships with T-Mobile, 3, O2, Orange, Virgin Mobile and Vodafone, we are ready to take the next step in our evolution."
