Nippo Batteries Board to recommend dividend

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Nippo Batteries Company Ltd will be held on April 20, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. Consideration and approval of Audited Accounts of the Company for the Financial Year ending March 31, 2007.

2. Recommendation of Dividend for the above Financial Year; and

3. Consideration and approval of Publication of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ending March 31, 2007.
