Infomedia India Board to recommend dividend

Infomedia India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 25, 2007 for taking on record and approving Unaudited / Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, at the said meeting the Board of Directors shall also consider the agenda for recommendation of dividend for the year 2006-07.
