Wendt India Board to recommend dividend

Wendt India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 26, 2007 to transact the following business:

1. To consider and take on record the Audited Accounts of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To recommend dividend on Equity Shares of the Company.

3. To fix the date for the closure of Register of Members and share Transfer Books of the Company.

Further the Company has informed that, the Company will publish the Audited Results within April 07, hence not publishing un audited results.
