Lanco Infratech subsidiary wins tender to trade power

Lanco Infratech Ltd has announced that M/s. Lanco Electric Utility Ltd, subsidiary of the Company won the tender to trade the Damodar Valley Corporation's (DVC) power of 50 MW with an option to trade upto 200 MW on availability basis through the competitive bidding route, outbidding other major power traders.

The stock closed up by Rs.4.30 or 2.99% at Rs.148.20. The total traded quantity was 187422 shares compared to 2 week average quantity of 225990.
