Allcargo Global clarifies on news item regarding acquisition

With reference to the news item appearing in a some media regarding the Company intends / plans to acquire US based Company, Allcargo Global Logistics Ltd has announced that the Company does not have any plan to acquire any Company in the United States or elsewhere. The said news are incorrect.

The stock closed the day up by Rs.4.55 or 0.43% at Rs.1055 on volume of 766 shares compared to 2 week average volume of 3791 shares. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1065 and low of Rs.1045.
