Indiabulls Financial Board to recommend final dividend

Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 16, 2007, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2007, and to consider recommendation of final dividend, if any, for the said financial year.

The shares of the company closed the day at Rs.445.80, up by Rs.45.65 or 11.41% on huge volume of 2104168 equity shares compared to 2 week average quantity of 940264 shares. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.452.60 and low of Rs.403.
