Jaypee Hotels Board to recommend dividend

Jaypee Hotels Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 17, 2007, inter-alia, to consider and adopt the Audited Accounts for the Financial Year 2006-2007 and to recommend dividend, if any, on the equity share capital for the Financial Year 2006-2007.
