Software Technology Group International Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 05, 2007, inter alia, for the issuance of convertible warrants to Non-Promoters strategic investors on preferential basis.

Shares of the company were last trading at Rs.11.92, down by Re.0.33 or 2.69%.
