Panoramic Universal Board recommends 12% dividend

Panoramic Universal Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 30, 2006, has considered and recommended a final Dividend @ 12% (Rs 0.60 per Share) on the Equity Shares of the Company.
