Yash Papers allots 44,00,000 warrants on preferential basis

Yash Papers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 23, 2007, has allotted 44,00,000 preferential warrants to M/s. Sargam Exim Pvt Ltd. The affront money being 10% has been received from the allottee.
