IVRCL Infrastructures Updates on allotment of 33 acres of land from Noida for residential units

With reference to the earlier announcement dated March 20, 2007 regarding the allotment by NEW OKHLA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (NOIDA) of 33 acres (133750 sq.meters) of land for development of housing by the Company, IVRCL Infrastructures & Projects Ltd has announced that in the said announcement, it was stated that the Company is planning construction of 2.9 million square feet of dwelling space spread over about 1800 units at an estimated "construction cost" of around Rs 8000 Million. The Company has now informed that, it should be read as "Project Cost" (instead of "Construction Cost") of around Rs 8000 million.
