Adf Foods Board declares 10% interim dividend

Adf Foods Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 21, 2007, has declared an Interim Dividend @ 10% per share on 1,00,23,400 shares of Rs 10/- each, fully paid i.e. Re 1/- per share aggregating to Rs 1,00,23,400/-.
