Core Projects to merge Aarman Inc with itself

Core Projects & Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 21, 2007, has approved Scheme of Amalgamation of Aarman Inc. USA (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company) with the Company.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors also approved the acquisition of 100% equity stake in Aarman Software Pvt Ltd (ASPL) thereby making it a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

ASPL specializes in implementing SAP & ERP products and is in the process of implementing a SAP competency centre in Bangalore. ASPL will enable the Company to offer SAP & ERP services and Solutions to its customers in India.
