Nagarjuna Construction Board declares 40% interim dividend

Nagarjuna Construction Company Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 21,2007, has accorded its approval for payment of an interim dividend of 40% (Rs 0.80 per share of Rs 2/- each) on the paid-up capital of Rs 41,48,93,720/- (post bonus issue).
