Rane Engine Board declares Rs.8 interim dividend

Rane Engine Valves Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 21, 2007 has declared an interim dividend of Rs 8/- per equity share for the year ending March 31, 2007 on the paid up capital of Rs 51,509,920 comprising of 5,150,992 shares of Rs 10 each.
