Sathavahana Ispat commences commercial production at its Bellary Plant

Sathavahana Ispat Ltd has announced that the Company has commenced commercial operations of Coke Oven Batteries for manufacture of Metallurgical Coke with Rated Capacity 300,000 tons per annum at its Greenfield Project situated at Kudithini village, Bellary District, Karnataka effective from March 21, 2007. The works on the 30 MW Co-generation Power Plant, forming part of the said Greenfield project, are in progress and its commissioning will be announced separately.
