Arvind Chemicals Board to consider allotment of bonus shares

Arvind Chemicals Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 28, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Allotment of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 2 Equity shares for every one Equity share held in the Company.

2. Merger of Arvind Commodities Ltd (an unlisted Company) with the Company.
