Idea Cellular & IBM ink a 10 year Business Transformation Pact

Idea Cellular Ltd has announced that the Company and IBM India Pvt Ltd have inked a 10 year business transformation pact to integrate, innovate and transform the Company's business processes and IT infrastructure. The agreement is designed on an innovative risk - reward revenue sharing model. It covers all of the Company's existing operations and potential new additions.

The shares of Idea Cellular Ltd was trading at Rs.93.65, down by Re.0.20 (-0.21%). In BSE, the total traded quantity was 1122322 shares at a weighted average price of Rs.93.65. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.94.7 and low of Rs.93.05.
