Sundaram Clayton Board declares second interim dividend

Sundaram Clayton Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 21, 2007, has declared a second interim dividend of Rs 8.00 per share on 1,89,67,584 equity shares of Rs 10/- each. The total dividend payable will be Rs 1517.14 lakhs.
