Satra Properties to allot shares on preferential basis at Rs.800, 30% premium to current market price

Satra Properties India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 28, 2007, inter alia, to consider allotment of equity shares on preferential basis @ Rs 800/- per share, which is at a premium of 30% above the current market price, to the proposed allottees as per the resolution passed in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on March 20, 2007, which are as follows:
