Polaris Software Board to consider second interim dividend

Polaris Software Lab Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 28, 2007, inter alia, to consider declaration of second interim dividend on the equity share capital of the Company.

Further the Company has informed that, April 05, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of second interim dividend. In the event of the Board deciding to pay Interim Dividend, the Company shall commence payment of the same on and from April 17, 2007.
