Andhra Sugars increases stake in Andhra Petrochemicals to 26.17%

Andhra Petrochemicals Ltd has announced that the Andhra Sugars Ltd., (ASL), co-promoter of the Company, has informed that it has purchased 6,07,094 equity shares of the Company amounting to 0.71% of the Company's total shareholding.

After purchase of the above shares, ASL's total shareholding in the Company has increased from 2,16,33,174 equity shares (25.46%) to 2,22,40,268 equity shares (26.17%).
