Nikhil Adhesives Updates on expansion plans

With reference to the earlier announcement dated July 03, 2006 for expansion of capacity, Nikhil Adhesives Ltd has announced that:

1. The Plant with the production capacity of 6,000 tons of Emulsions and Adhesives is under trial production. The commercial production of expected to commence shortly.

2. The Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding for additional production facilities of 8,000 tons of Emulsions and Adhesives with effect from April 01, 2007.
