Adani Enterprises Board declares interim dividend

Adani Enterprises Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 17, 2007, has declared interim dividend @ 45% on 246,486,975 Equity Shares of Re 1/- each for the current financial year 2006-2007.
