Emami Board declares interim & special dividend

Emami Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 17, 2007, has declared dividend - 100% as interim dividend and 50% as special dividend (making total dividend of 150%) on equity shares of Rs 2/- each of the Company for financial year 2006-07.

Further the Board has also approved making of Emami Realty Pvt Ltd as its wholly owned subsidiary Company which is engaged in realty business.
