Asahi India Board declares interim dividend

Asahi India Glass Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 17, 2007, inter alia, has considered and declared Interim Dividend of Re 0.65 per Equity Share (65%) on 15,99,27,586 equity shares of Re 1/- each for the Financial Year 2006-07.
