Shipping Corporation of India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 17, 2007 has been resolved to give to the Shareholders an Interim Dividend of Rs 8.50 per share i.e. 85% on the equity capital for the year ended on March 31, 2007.
