Torrent Power Board declares interim dividend

Torrent Power Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 17, 2007 has declared Interim Dividend for the financial period from October 01, 2006 to March 31, 2007 @ 4% i.e. Rs 0.40 per Equity Share of Rs 10/- each on 47,24,48,308 Equity Shares (Free of tax in the hands of Shareholders).
