Wires & Fabriks announces modernisation cum expansion project worth Rs.60 Crores

Wires & Fabriks SA Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 17, 2007, has approved a Modernisation cum Expansion Project entailing a capital expenditure of about Rs 60 Crores.

In BSE, the shares were trading at Rs.67, up by Rs.4.75 (+7.63%) compared to its previous close of Rs.62.25.
