Themis Medicare receives RBI approval for ECB

Themis Medicare Ltd has announced that the Company has received approval from Reserve Bank of India to avail External Commercial Borrowings (ECB) of US $ 4.00 Million from M/s. Gedeon Richter Plc, Hungary, the foreign collaborators of the Company.

The loan will be utilized for the purpose of expansion, modernization and up gradation of the Company's various existing production facilities.

The Loan will carry interest @ LIBOR and the repayment is to be effected by December 31, 2012.
