Cholamandalam DBS Finance to discuss business plans

Cholamandalam DBS Finance Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 26, 2007, inter alia, to consider the Business plan of the Company for the year 07-08.

Further the Board will also consider the option of attaching warrants to the rights issue of equity shares up to Rs 200 crores approved by the Board at its meeting held on January 24, 2007.
