Maharashtra Seamless Board declares second interim dividend

Maharashtra Seamless Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 16, 2007, has declared Second Interim Dividend @ 50% i.e. Rs 2.50 per Equity Share of Rs 5/- each for the financial Year 2006-07.
