Greaves Cotton Board declares third interim dividend

Greaves Cotton Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 16, 2007, inter alia, has declared the Third Interim Dividend at the rate of 20% i.e. Rs 2/- per share. With this, the total dividend for the current financial year ending June 30, 2007, works out to 60% i.e. Rs 6/- per share.
