Gujarat Borosil to set up figured glass plant at an outlay of Rs.40 Crores

Gujarat Borosil Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 16, 2007, has decided, in principle, to set up of a Figured Glass plant at Village - Govali, Tal. Jhagadia, Dist. Bharuch, Gujarat, adjacent to the existing sheet glass plant of the Company, at an estimated cost of Rs 40.00 Crores and the Company is in negotiation with a foreign collaborator for Technical know-how in this connection.
