United Phosphorus Board declares interim dividend

United Phosphorus Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 16, 2007, has declared interim dividend @ 60% (i.e. Rs 1.20 per equity share) on the equity shares of the face value of Rs 2/- each.
