Sagar Cements Board declares second interim dividend

Sagar Cements Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 15, 2007, has announced a second interim dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the current year namely 2006-07 at a rate of 15% (Rs 1.50 ps per share).
