Gini Silk Mills Board declares interim dividend

Gini Silk Mills Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 13, 2007, inter alia, has declared Interim Dividend of Re 0.75 p per equity share of Rs 10/- each (7.50%) aggregating to Rs 41,94,450/- on paid up capital of Rs 5,59,26,000/- of the Company.
